But did you ever wonder how this festival of smiles start? Well, MassKara Festival, the annual festivity of the city of Bacolod, is a noted popular festival not only in the Philippines but also in the world today. This is a One-week celebration held every October Bacolod Charter day on the 19th. This festival features a one of a kind merrymaking of people with colorful handcrafted masks dancing and moving to the beat of the drums. MassKara boasts of everything Bacolod has offer, especially the the warm hospitaility of the people.

College life can be a real hassle. Not that I don't enjoy it. It's just that all those hours spent in school sitting on the desk and listening to the teacher jabber on like a non-stop talking machine can be really exhausting. And let's not forget all those surprises quizzes, exams, reports, term papers, reaction sheets, project. Going to college is a real headache but nothing can be as head-splitting as going home during rush hours.

Bagyong Ondoy

Bagyong Ondoy crushes billions worth of properties and thousands of Filipinos suffer the said tragedy. Many people were left hungry and homeless due to the disaster brought by Ondoy. It so sad to see our co-Filipino who are victims and most especially the struggling Filipinos in order to survive in this kind of Calamity. Other victims are still hopeless in the sense that they they dont konw where to start all over again. But then again it is nice to hear that there is still some benevolent heart who are whole-heartedly give and support those hopeless victims. A lot of NGO's and Private Sectors work side by side in order to pass this kind of struggle.
